Question : how can I clear this up? got it after sweating and getting boots wet. only itches on my ankles. have tried antifungal cream.

Hi,

Thanks for the query and pictures. There is little scaling and red patches multiple in number.
it looks to be dermatitis from contact with boots.
You got to try antifungals along with Hydrocortisone cream. Hydrocortisone 1% is available over the counter.
Are they itchy? If yes use calamine lotion when it itches and do not scratch as it can lead to further infection from bacteria.
You can take anti itch pills available over the counter.
