To stop loose motions, you may start with Tablet Loperamide 2 mg thrice a day to be taken for 2 days. Also, you may add tablet Racecadotril to be taken thrice a day after food. You may continue this for 2 days as well.
If there is no relief after 48 hours, it might point towards an infectious cause. For this, you may need to see the local physician who will start with an antibiotic course.
Eating probiotic food like yoghurt which will help you. Also, you must drink loads of water and fluids to keep yourself hydrated.
