                                    Brief Answer:
reference values plesse.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
low TSH and normal thyroid hormone is most difficult to evaluate.
Please post your total results of T3 t4 and TSH, free T3 and free t4 including the reference values given by the lab as there are variations between the labs which only make things complex.
Please also mention if you are on drugs like steroids.
All the best.

subclinical hyperthyroidism
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
In my opinion, you seem to be suffering from "endogenous subclinical hyperthyroidism".
1. You may need a radionuclide scan of thyroid
2. You may respond to drugs called beta blockers which reduces your symptoms.
3. Repeated testing for follow up is required, and if still not responed properly, anti thyroid drugs may be the last option.
Don't worry, you will be fine soon as these are manageable problems. All you need is a good endocrinologist consultation. .
all the best.

                                    Brief Answer:
only a beta blocker
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Since your scan is normal, I would recommend only a beta blocker (not bade blackr) like propranolol. At the moment, you don't require anti thyroid drugs.
