Question : Sir, My wife gets severe headache on regular intervals,Dr advised it as migraine issue and prescribed attached medicines.Any additional medicines u advice pls.

I have seen the attached reports and would recommend the same.
Just in case I Sen don't help in the nausea part then you can take stemetil tablet which is very good.
Also avoid loud music, bright lights like theatre and long hunger episodes.

Hello dear,

Tab Divaa to be taken daily before going to bed and the P-650 tablet is at the time of headache as it has paracetamol which is a painkiller. Sorry for the inconvenience but online prescription is not allowed.
