Suggest Medication For Mild Head Injury Despite Being On Panadol

Question: Hey doctor,
I hit my head on a night stand after rolling onto my side not realising how close I was to the stand. That was 3 hours ago now and I haven't had any major symptoms like bleeding or passing out, but I have had a headache and some slight diffuculties concerntrating on things. My question is that I am meant to work tonight and my field of work involves being a camera op in a live music enviroment. Would it be a bad idea for me to work or would I be ok? Its not for another 7 hours now and I hit my head about 3 hours ago and I only just took some panadol.

I won't finish up until around 11pm tonight would that be bad and my job involves moving around a lot to get different camera angles, i've also noticed I feel a little tired but I am unsure if thats because I didn't have too much sleep or due to the head hit but I the headache has gone down a lot since taking the pandol mainly just the tiredness.
