Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you of writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. In most cases, we need to examine the patient to find the cause for the nausea and dizziness as there can be numerous causes for such a presentation like vertigo, ear infections, fluctuations in blood pressure, chronic conditions, strokes, etc.

But if it is just simply nausea and dizziness she should respond to tablet ondansetron 4 mg (one or two tablets). But if at all she does not respond to the tablets within 60 minutes, then I would urge you to take her to a doctor for a more detailed examination sir. At her age, if she were my relative or patient I would think it best to do so.

Please do not hesitate to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
