Hello

Thanks for the query

Established neuropathy is usually treated with tab pregbalin or gabapentin. I usually start with Tab Pregabalin 75 mg once at night and slowly increase it to 150 mg twice a day. The major issue with this drug is that it causes mild drowsiness until you get used to it. Relief is got after taking it for a week's time.
You could also take vit b 12 supplements and folic acid supplements.
