Question : I am suffering from lot of nose dryness, irritation and water in eyes and sneezing. I do not have throat infection, severe headache and fever. Please suggest the medicine.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.
Looking at your symptoms,
you are probably suffering from Allergic Rhinitis{Allergic inflammation of the nose}.
You may find relief by taking the following medication:
Antiallergic like Tablet Levocetrizine (5mg) once a day,
Saline nasal spray-to moisturize your nose-use it three times a day.

Avoid dust and other food which may cause allergy in you.
Drink lots of warm fluids.
Do steam inhalation.
