Question : Hi I suffer from PTSD, severe anxiety, panic attacks and agoraphobia and I can't get into see a psychiatrist for more than a week I been waiting awhile to see one and I'm having a severe panic attack I been trying grounding myself but nothing is working the only meds I have left is Zoloft and gabapentin but nothing is working I don't know what to do

Hello, and thanks for your question to HCM.

I'm sorry you're having panic attacks. That is truly a horrible experience. I think there is a short term solution prior to you seeing your doctor in a week. I would take a bit extra Gabapentin, as this has got anti anxiety properties also . You can even double the dose, this would be safe. I would advice to give this a try.
