Question : I had a headache and felt nauseous a few days ago. I also had a dry cough but no sore throat. I still have a cough and have been tired but do not have a headache or feel nauseous anymore. Should I go to the doctor or do you think the worst has past?

Welcome and thanks for your query.
If you do not have fever or yellow / green sputum or breathlessness, it would be okay to take an OTC cough syrup and wait.
If you have these symptoms, it may be better to see a doctor and have yourself examined and treated.
