Question : my name is XXXXXXX and I have pains in both my legs butters, thighs, ankles and legs. at times i cannot walk to the bathroom and the pain is so strong it registers about a 8-9+. I am currently taking norco 1 every 6 hours, but it is no longer helping. 10-325 mg. Can I up the dosage of the medication to two tablets every 6 hours. I plan on seeing my doctor in February to discuss my problem, but I need help NOW!!! Im 72 years of age n\and not getting and better.

The pain in both your legs, ankles, thighs, etc is likely to be due to a nerve root compression at the level of lumbar spine. This is likely to be a nerve related pain. Such pains can be relieved by medications like pregabalin and gabapentin, methylcobalamin supplements, using a lumbosacral belt and oral muscle relaxants. Increasing the dose of norco can make you habituated.
It is better to consult an orthopedician or a neurologist and get proper treatment prescribed.
