Brief Answer:
this is likely premature ejaculation, need more information

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Thanks for writing to us. I can understand your concern.

According to the latest diagnostic criteria by DSM 5, premature ejaculation should be defined when there is ejaculation within one minute after entering in to vagina or even before penetration. You seem to be suffering from the same.

To help you further I need more information from your side.

- Are you married?
If yes duration of marriage?
If not married, provide details about sex life with girlfriend. Where and in which circumstances you do sex?

- How did problem started? Any specific incidence was there?

- When did you do last successful intercourse?

- Do you pay more attention to erection while trying for intercourse?

- Do you have any physical illness, specifically diabetes or high blood pressure?

- How is relationship with your partner? Any emotional or social problem is there?

- During leakage do you feel orgasm?

- Is there morning erection present?

- Is there any history of smoking or alcohol?

- Is there any difficulty in urinating?

I will be happy to help further after your response.

Dr.Chintan Solanki
