Brief Answer:
Hardly needs treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi Baidyanathan
Grade 1 prostatomegaly is a rule rather than exception at this age.
Whether to treat or not is largely dependent on whether it is causing any symptoms like frequency, urgency or dribbling urine symptoms.
If there is recurrent UTI or high residual urine in ultrasound test then also treatment is required.
There are both medical and surgical options.
I think if no problem, then no treatment should be taken because drugs also produce adverse effect inadvertently. Take a rational decision.
I hope the advise will be helpful for you.
