Question : My daughter has developed a rash that is spreading. We are in the tropics on holiday. Heat Rash maybe? What can be used to treat it?

It appears to be an allergy

Please remove her clothes and advise a quick bath. Local calamine lotion along with oral antihistamine such as hydroxyzine would be required.
