From Yesterday I am having a skin Problem and its itching and is all getting Pain can you suggest Some Medicine for the same.

As we are in remote area without any doctor's facility.

Folliculitis and its management

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I have gone through your complaints and reviewed the attached photographs.
You seem to be having folliculitis which is inflammation of the hair follicles.
I would recommend you to continue with tablet cekakind.
Besides this apply topical antibiotic like fusidic acid cream ( fucidin cream) on the affected areas twice daily for 7-8 days.
For pain and itching take tablet levocetrizine 5 mg ( teczine 5 mg ) once daily at bedtime and tablet containing combination of serratiopeptidase and aceclofenac ( lyser d tablet) twice daily for 3 days.
These are prescription drugs and should be taken under the supervision of the doctor.
