For Ringworm you may apply Clotrimazole 1% cream, twice daily for 2-4 weeks. It is available over the counter.

You may also take an oral antihistamine e.g syp.cetrizine 5mg/5ml, 1 teaspoon (5ml) daily for symptomatic relief from itching
