Question : Why doesn't allegra work for my runny nose? What else can I do? This has been going on for over two months.

By your history and description, possibility of allergic rhinitis is more.
Best treatment of allergic rhinitis is intranasal spray containing steroid (fluticasone).
So along with Allegra, you should also start intranasal spray containing steroid (fluticasone).
Don't worry, you will be alright with fluticasone nasal spray.
Also do steam inhalation and warm water gargles 5-6 times a day. Avoid dust, pollens, chemicals etc.
