Brief Answer:
Get treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Describe more about your headache.
1) Intensity, location, duration of headache
2) Associated nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to sound or light
3) Character of headache: throbbing, bursting
4) Aggravating and relieving factors
5) Sleep
6) Response to medications

Divalproate, topiramate are used for seizures and migraine headache. Divalproate will be a good option.
In case of other type of headache, antiepileptics have less role and both disorders have to be treated separately.
Presently you are on a high dose of antiepileptics required in unresponsive seizures.
Provide any reports or prescription by a neurologist for further advice.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Wishing you good health.
