Question : I have been on Brintellix for 4 weeks at 10mgs for anxiety. It doesn't seem to be helping. I was on Effexor before that. Can I switch back without weaning off Brintellix?

Brintellix in the dose of 10 mg is a small dose and can be withdrawn as such. It need not be reduced any further.
You may switch to venlafaxine if you were feeling better on it.
