Medications not appropriate, consult a neurologist
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
I have reviewed the prescription.
She has been advised injection ondem, which is given for vomiting, divaa OD 500 which is given for seizures and epilepsy, and paracetamol 650 which is given for headache.
Since these medications do not seem to be appropriate for chronic migraine, I will suggest her to consult a specialist, a neurologist for proper examination and treatment for migraine.
She can take paracetamol 650 at the onset of headache for symptomatic relief.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
