Pharmacological and non pharmacological measures together
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX
I have gone through your query.
I don't think there is any medicine without having side effect . Medicines are external substances and all of them can produce side effect.
I have been using it routinely and I have not come across any patient with severe side effect. It is quite safe.
I would like to know what side effect, you have after taking rhis drug?
OK, I'll suggest you some Pharmacological and non pharmacological measures which will be beneficial for you.
Avoid excess consumption of tea/ coffee/ hydrogenated drinks.Avoid smoking and alcohol, if any. Avoid spicy and oily food for few days till the symptoms are resolved.
Eat high fiber diet, add more vegetables to your diet, avoid or reduce the intake of meat. Curd will be beneficial. Maintain a gap of atleast 2 hrs in between dinner and going to bed. Do not lie down immediately after food, walk for at least 10 to 15 minutes. While sleeping keep your head end raised. Regular exercise.
Antacids like Digene or Gelusil syp, 2tsp in 50ml of water three to four times a day half an hour before food.
With this measures I feel your symptoms should reduce.
This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.
I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you.
Take care.
