Question : I was tested for lupus , rhumtoid arthritis, but all blood test where negative. I still have pain on left side of my neck. After test my pcp gave me gabapentin 300 mg to take at bedtime. And he also wrote me a prescription for tramadol 50 mg at bedtime. He stated that I could take the tramadol if the gabapentin didn't work. Also was given meloxicam 7.5 milligram twice a day. I was wanting to know which would be the best to take for my neck pain at night. The gabapentin or tramadol?

It's mainly pain. Cause when I rub onI ment on it it relieve s it a little but the pain returns after a while. If I lay on my left side it hurts

Is it OK to take tramadol tonight. I took a gabapentin on sunday and monday night of this week. Didn't take one last night I felt it wasn't working. I tried those first but they don't seem to be working
