Question : Need something to relieve sinus and ear pain. is there anything for the anxiety this causes?

Take tylenol and Ibuprofen!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I recommend the following for adequate pain control:

1. Tylenol: 1000mg every 8hours
2. Ibuprofen: 400mg every 8hours.

This will provide a powerful pain relief allowing you to be able to sleep. As the pain is controlled, anxiety would as well. I will not want to prescribe a drug for this. However, my preferred drug for anxiety is clonazepam with great feedback from my clients.
