Question : What can be taken for severe toothache? Aleve 220 mg was taken about 2 hours ago. It has not been effective.

As per your complain in case if Aleve 220 is not working you can take Ibuprofen and in case of severe pain you can take Ketorolac or Tramadol after consulting a local Physician..
