Suggest Medication For Throat Pain

Question: I am having throat pain since past 6 days. There are no symptom of cold or cough.

Specifically night time i feel heavy pain and i am taking bruffen tablet since past 5 days for that. Along with that I took the below tablets which i mentioned. I have a history of acidity problem and night time used to have disturbance in my throat like something sturcking, but, i do not have any such kind of problems now since 3 to 4 months.

I have attached my throat photo for you to check.

I do not have any symptom like fever, cold or cough and i do not smoke as well.

Could you please advise if there is any medication or test i need to

The pictures attached suggest you have acute tonsillitis. The tonsils are badly inflamed. That's why you you are having pain.
You should take proper antibiotic treatment.
Please tell me what medicines have you been taking so far so that I can suggest you better and prescribe you accordingly.
Use hexidine gargles and take tablet vitamin c once daily.
Follow up with the required information.

Hello Doctor,

Thank you for the prompt reply.

Currently i started taking Azax - 500 (Azithromycin tablet) and just to relieve from pain i am taking combiflame tablet every 9 hours and using betadine for gargling.

I just want to come out from this pain and want to cure. Your advise really appreciable.

Just i am curious to know why i got Chronic Tonsillitis. is it curable. I do not have any sign of Cold or fever.

Hi
You should take tablet cefixime plus clavulinic acid twice daily and tablet diclofenac plus serratiopeptidase twice daily.
Take tablet vitamin c once daily and use hexidine gargles.
Do all for 4 days.
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available only on prescription.
