Question : Having tongue ulcer from 3 months visited ent doctor nothing happens vist dentist nothing happens they both says it is not serious now tell me what to do

Is the ulcer in same spot or there is recurrence of oral ulceration?
Are you on a diet ?
Do you have bowel issues ?
