When I stand up, after laying in bed asleep, I feel like I need to urinate, but cannot hold it... It "falls" out into my pad (overnight pad) on my way to the bathroom.
There is no blood or pain and flow is full if I have any urine left after "fall out".
Motion has no effect on the urination onset

Brief Answer:
Do Kegel's Exercise.
Detailed Answer:
HI
Thanks for the information.
This problem is called Urinary Incontinence. It can happen due to laxity of muscles involved in Urination or it could be due some problems in the nerves that controls Urination.
So we need to first check what is the cause for your problem. In that regard I would recommend you the following tests :
Ultrasound Abdomen Pelvis , Urine routine and if both are normal you may need MRI Lumbar Spine.
I would recommend you to learn Kegel's exercise and do it daily.
Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask.
Regards.
