Question : Greetings,
After a long period of not having intercourse how long does it take for vaginal area to reopen. It has been 18 years, use only a small vibrator, and estrodial. Is there anything else I can do to open up that area, it s painful when I use a larger vibrator.
thanks
God bless

Brief Answer:
Hi
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
Normally it should open up in two or three intercourse.
Otherwise you can use serial vaginal dilators to dilate the vagina. They come in small to large sizes.
First you put a small dilator overnight and then gradually increase the size every night.
Also keep using estradiol. You should be fine.
Do not use vibrator.
God bless you too
