Question: I want to loose weight desperately
Can u suggest me diet of any medicine without side effect?
My weight is 101 kg and hright is 5 feet 6 inch

There are no dietary pills without side effects and there will be no results without efforts. Even surgical procedures like bariatric surgery or liposuction is not devoid of it.

However Tab Orlistat is a FDA approved drug for weight loss, compared to other weigh loss pills it has less side effects. One gets tarry stools and some patients experience mild to moderate pain abdomen. Among all the diet pills I recommend this drug, it acts by inhibiting fat absorption and reducing one's appetite. Please approach your doctor for a prescription, do not self medicate.
