Brief Answer:
Tab Eltroxin will help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I understand your concern.

You seem to have Primary hypothyroidism. You seem to have a mild elevation of TSH levels.
This can be brought well under control within a short time.

The level of TSH can be brought well under 2.0 units with an administration of Levothyroxine tablets/Thyroid hormone within the time limit you mentioned under 10 days.

I generally recommend my patients oral tablets of Eltroxin on an empty stomach. Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe them to you.

Consumption of diet with Coconut oil and fish oil will help to drop TSH levels pretty quickly.

Consume fish and egg for quick results.
Prefer Green tea to coffee for fat response.

You need to consult an Endocrinologist for expert opinion.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Repeat test on day 7

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I understand your concern.

125 mcg seems a high dose.

It is preferable to start 100 mcg.

You can get tested after 1 week.
