I am sorry to hear that you have a problem with your eyelashes. You are wondering if a dermatologist can help you with regrowing the eye lashes. A dermatologist maybe able to help you grow eyelashes again. There is a medication called Latisse or bimatoprost ophthalmic solution which is used for glaucoma but may help regrow eyelashes. Side effects include darkening of the iris. I would recommend that you make an appointment with a dermatologist who also does cosmetic work to see if you qualify.
