Question : I have slight redness on my penis head after having anal sex with my wife 1 week ago. It died down after a few days but we had sex again last night and is inflamed again. What cream is best to use to releive the inflamation?

I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely due to inflammation or infection from fecal matter.You should wash your penis with warm water or saline.Avoid soaps as it irritates more.In such condition i treat with ointments with combination of antibacterial like neomycin antifungal like clotrimazole and corticosteroid betamethasone.
