Brief Answer:
Avoid having foods that would trigger/aggravate flatulence as following...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am sorry for the situation you are going through.

1. The very first thing to ease flatulence is to understand what is causing it. You are saying that veggies and sweets are giving you a lot of trouble. You should observe which of them are giving such troubles and try to avoid them.

2. Gas X can also help ease flatulence as it contains simethicone.

3. Taking antacids after meal which will regulate stomach pH can also be of help.

4. I also advise to take probiotics to stabilize intestinal flora.

5. Trying to move around especially walking when having flatulence can also help ease your problems as it puts your bowels in movement.

6. Do not use straw to to have your drinks; try to eat often and small portions and not to rush. In this way. less air is ingested when eating or drinking, helping to prevent flatulence.

The most important thing is to avoid consuming those foods/drinks that would trigger/aggravate flatulence (like veggies or sweets in your case).

Hope it was of help!
