Question : Hello doc my testostorine level is low. 366. My age is 42 and i will be getting married soon. Pls suggest any medi to improve my levels.

I have gone carefully through your concern.
Your total testosterone level is about 360 and as you may know, in men the level of testosterone drops naturally with 1% per year. Usually at your age it is 450- 500.
Anyway, there are some other information we should know before deciding to start treatment or not.
-Do you have symptoms of low testosterone (low libido, lower spontaneous elections ect)?
-Are you taking any treatment for any pathology actually ( as I see your fasting glucose level is higher than normal)?
-Check Free testosterone, prolactin level.

Yes doc. I am facing Ed , low libido. I am taking Combiglyize 5/500 for sugar. My HBA1c is 6.6 and i have fatty liver .

If you have low libido you should discuss with a physician in person rather to start treatment with testosterone (to bring it to mid normal level) or not.
Before taking that decision there are some pathologies that should be excluded (cardiac pathologies, prostate examination, PSA ect).
Of course you should try to keep normal glucose levels, normal body weight.
