There are some medicines that may help you to lose weight but none of them will work without diet and exercising.

You can try Belvic or Adipex-P that affect chemicals in the brain and decrease your appetite or Orlistat which blocks fat absorption in the digestive tract but it does not block sugar absorption.

All of this drugs must be prescribed by your doctor.

Also i suggest you to check your thyroid gland because sometimes obesity is caused by a thyroid problem. You should make a blood test to check TSH, T3 and T4 levels.
