Question : I was diagnosed sjogren from various blood test, though I only have minor joint stiff on my hands and ankles in the morning. I have some knee pain (not severe) when I stand for too long and try to bent the knees. So I'm wondering what is the best treatment or medication for me in order to keep this disease under control in a long run. Thanks.

Well looking into your problem I would like to tell you that hydroxychloroquine is the tablet that is used for sjogrens and you are being treated well .
Sometimes low dose steroids are also added but that depends on which organ systems are involved in your case . I would like to see your blood reports to see the status of your disease and will guide you accordingly . So please upload your reports .
