Question : Hi doctor,
Im going in one week for a vacation but im worried that i might get the flu/cold virus when im there since it has happened to me before which ruined everything...any recommendation to what i can take from now to protect myself and make my immune system strong? Thank u

you might be allergic to weather change.
You can take a combination of levocetrizine and montelukast once daily to be started 3 days before journey.
If any symptom is there so gargles and steam inhalation.
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available only on prescription.
