Suggest Medication To Prolong Ejaculation Time

Question : Hi, Greetings! I have been married since a year. My husband's age is 30. we planning to have kids 2-3 years down the line. my husband used to masturbate a lot in his past(at the age of 25-28). Currently we have sex once or twice a week and he ejaculates in less than a minute. Will that be any problem to us in future to have kids after 2-3 years? are there any steps we need to follow to longer the ejaculation time?

I read your query and understand your concerns.

Regarding having kids the less duration of sex does not have any effect. I mean to say that individuals with even less than 10 seconds of sexual intercourse can have child as it depends on the sperms and not on the time.

Having less duration of time affects the sexual satisfaction of partners in particular female partner as they need more time to achieve orgasm.

For the purpose of lasting longer in bed there are multiple options in form of treatment which includes medications as well as behavioral techniques.
For most of my patients I recommend Kegel technique in combination with SSRI group of medications.

As a initiation, ask your husband to do Kegel exercise. It is difficult to explain here but once he recognize the target muscle, he need to make at least 20-30 contractions per day. It is also important to increase the time of contraction with time.
