Brief Answer:
Wart or Corn.
Use a topical Keratolytic.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

It's either a wart or a corn.I suggest you to apply a topical Keratolytic preparation e.g either Salactin paint or Duofilm liquid (salicylic acid and Lactic acid). First, Immerse your feet in lukewarm water for 10-15 minutes. This will soften the hard skin. Then wipe feet with a clean towel and apply a thin layer of keratolytic liquid with the help of the applicator inside the pack.

Let it dry and leave it overnight. This will gradually soften the hard skin and it will come off. Topical Keratolytic preparations for corns and warts are prescription products. I advise you to kindly contact your local practitioner for a prescription of the same.

Hope I have answered your query.
