Brief Answer:
You need some lab tests.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for your kind information.
I can understand your concern for high blood fats (lipids) levels and low levels of Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D.

I would to have some more relevant information like
1. Any body in your family having high BP, diabetes, or heart disease?
2. Are you pure vegetarian?
3. Do you walk or exercise regularly?
4. Have you ever checked your blood glucose and blood pressure, if yes what was the reading or result?
5. If possible can you please check your BP and Fasting blood glucose levels and send me the results?

I need this information in order to give you a useful suggestion.

Looking forward to receive the information as requested above.

Regards.

Brief Answer:
You need some lifestyle modifications.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX Hi
Welcome back to HCM.
Thanks for your kind information.

For the deficiency of Vitamin B12 you need to take Mecobalmine tablet once daily and also take the foods rich in Vitamin B12 like eggs and milk.
For the deficiency of Vitamin D
Tablet Shelcal-HD two times daily will be useful in addition to eggs and milk.

Regarding the raised blood lipids (fats) certain lifestyle modifications could be beneficial at this stage like

1. Avoidance of oily vegetarian dishes, fast and junk foods, dry fruits, etc.
2. Eat lots of green vegetables and fruits
3. Daily regular exercise for about 30 minutes.
4. Weight reduction if you are overweight
5. Smoking cessation if you are a smoker
6. Avoid alcohol if you consume it

Kindly repeat the lipid profile like LDL Cholesterol, Total Cholesterol and Triglycerides after 6-8 weeks to 6 months. If the lipids (fats) continued to remain elevated then you may have to take medications like Statins to lower Cholesterol level.
Your BP should be measured manually by sphygmomanometer for accurate results.

Hope the suggestions given above could be useful in getting the treatment of vitamin deficiencies and raised lipid levels.

Should you need more clarification, please feel free to send your query.

Take care of yourself.
