Suggest Medication With Least Side Effects For High BP

Question: I am using LOSARTAN / HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE for BP. I found out that side effect is Soar Throat; Post Nasal Drip; Cough with White Glue type Mucus; Cramps; maybe increase in Blood Sugar and decrease in Potassium etc.

CAN YOU RECOMMEND ALTERNATIVE BP MEDICINE WITH LEAST SIDE EFFECTS.
