Iron deficiency is mild
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Though the report is normal I can find these kind of people if they retest would have iron deficiency or blood loss anemia. So I suggest the person to take diet precaution and increase iron rich diet in the form of green leaves, legumes, organ meat (if non veg seeker). This was the reason why RBC was low; so is MCV and MCHC.
Other tests are fine. Some amount of pus cells in urine is commonly noted in a married sexually active female.
I strongly feel that there is no need for retesting and variations are minimal and should not be worried. The above recommendations should be fine.
For the policy I am not sure if the LIC policy is issued for such cases where there is no obvious deficiency.
