i am having leg cramps all day. my doctor has me on ropinrole. but this is not helping. they did an ultrasound and the veins, and arteries are good. i take cymbalta for depression and anxiety. i also take clonzapan and gabapentin. ive only been seeing this doctor for a week now. the doctor i had before just recommended more drugs. i feel isolated cause it hurts to walk and the only thing that seems to help is a XXXXXXX warm bath or a heating pad. just looking for some answers.

If you have persistent cramps you can do the following -
1. Drink enough fluids
2. Stretching and massaging
3. Apply heat pad
4.Medication like Quinine
5. Vitamin E (cap.Evion) and B complex

These measures would provide relief.
