Question: Dear Dr. XXXXXXX

I am fine. Thanks for the follow up. still no neurologist is able to diagnose my problems. Whatever diagnostic test they run comes out to be fine. With exception of high anti ssa bodies in my blood all is ok even that is false positive as concluded by 2 rhuemotologist . So all the neurologist say that this is because of stress and anxiety which may be a case partially but I know there is more to it exactly what that idk

Please upload all reports and previous prescription.
If only SSA antibodies are positive,then wait for few months. False positive is a possibility.
The nerve symptoms can be controlled by Gabapentin, pregabalin or amitriptyline along with methyl cobalamin supplement.

I have gone through all reports.
Only XXXXXXX A positivity is not enough to start steroids.
The symptoms are also without any nerve damage.
You can get vitamin B12 levels done.
Continue cymbalta.
Add Methylcobalamin.
