I have read your query . As far as tobacco (pan parag) stains on teeth is concerned there is no medicinal treatment is helpful to remove stains . For this I will suggest you to Quit your habit of chewing tobacco and consult oral surgeon for scaling and polishing of teeth .
Inmeantine maintain proper oral hygiene . Do warm saline rinses 2 to 3 times a day . Brush your teeth twice daily using toothpaste like Colgate total or visible white . Use mouthwash like Chlorhexidine regularly .
