Brief Answer:
Anti Tubercular Drugs.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Hi , I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
Treatment of Tuberculosis whether in Childhood or Adulthood remains the same in Allopathy.
It depends on the site of TB.
Treatment is started universally for Pulmonary TB with the following combination of 4 drugs known as Anti Tubercular Drugs/Treatment (ATT)
1. Isoniazid
2. Rifampicin
3. Pyrazinamide
4. Ethambutol.

Streptomycin might be added if it is extrapulmonary TB.
I Would be able to give you a better answer if you could give me details of the problem the child is suffering from. What diagnosis has been given by your doctor?
If possible attach the investigations and Chest xray.

I would sincerely advise to give your child complete course of Anti Tubercular Drugs.
This disease is completely treatable.

This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any query you may please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
