Brief Answer:
Luliconazole lotion

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for the follow up and photographs.
It is fungal infection.
Apply luliconazole lotion twice daily application for a month.
Use KZ soap for taking bath.
Also take Tablet cetrizine 10 mg daily in night for 15 days.
If there is no response with lotion then antifungal oral medication might be required.
