Question : Need guidance on the following : 1. small white heads ( like small pimples with white discahrge on the breast , outside the nipple periphery) 2. Small pimples on the buttocks and dark skin on the buttocks kindly suggest medication for the same.

Brief Answer: sebaceous glands and acne Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for your query. The small white heads you have around the nipple are sebaceous glands. These glands secret oil which lubricate the nipple. They enlarge in certain seasons like winter. Pimples you on buttock with hyperpigmentation of the skin could be acne. I suggest you to apply ADAPALENE ointment for the same. Apply the ointment twice daily for a week to see some response. Regards,
