Question : I'm under stress with a divorce case. I have increased in weight so I wonder if there is a tablet for weight reduction and to counter stress?

Dear Madam ,

Thank you for posting your query on HCM.

Well looking into your problem I would like to tell you that there is no such medicine for weight loss . Although there is one drug known as orlistat but it is not advisable to take that . I can understand that stress is taking a toll on your health but you should practise yoga and TAI CHI exercises which will relieve your stress and help you in weight loss .

For stress you can also take anti anxiety drugs like Fluoxetine after consulting a psychiatrist .
