there are medicine that are progesterone hormone analog called progestin that can be taken to postpone the menses.

There is a schedule in relation to the last menstruation date. Usually started on day 16-19 of cycle.
The menses start after 3days of stopping the drug.

This treatment should be taken only in consultation with a gynecologist in view of possible unforeseen side effects.
